I would like to thank everyone who was evolved with the 07 tests this year!  I am thankful for the opportunity to help with this event again and hope to be involved in some capacity next year.  I appreciate John's hard work putting this together, Joe's scheduling and the support from Todd R and WaterSki mag.  I would also like to thank all the skiers who suffered through the Antarctic conditions in north Louisiana in November (especially the sheilas, those girls can rip and are tough as nails).  They definitely did less whining about the artic blast than I did.

My most anticipated ski to ride again this year was the MPD.  It was a big let down for me because I loved the original Sixam and wanted this ski to rip for me.  It definitely had potential because several of the skiers killed on it and loved it, I just couldn't get it to work (probably needs a bit more tinkering).  The Fisher was extremely impressive.  They showed up with the total package, compete with a ski sock, tools, marketing booklet and the quality of the finished product was supreme.  It was an extremely fun ski to ride, very smooth and forgiving.  The biggest surprise of the test for me was the 9700.  I have never liked the way the Goode product skied, but this thing was amazing.  It was the first time I have hopped on a new ski and almost ran 39off.  It just ripped!  Bottom line all the skis are gravy for serious swerving.  Hopefully, the ski tests will happen next year and we will have much warmer weather and a few new sticks to ride. God bless everyone and hope you all have a P.B. year!
